Mobile recharge rates and plans differs from state to state in INDIA

We will only keep talking ALL INDIA IS ONE and WE ARE ALL INDIANS.

But why there is no mobile network company to give one plan for all the states ?

The full talk time recharges for one state may not be applicable for another state.

If you take USA, there you can see only one plan in all their states. They can just go from one state to another and there is no roaming charges too. Only one problem they face is the incoming call charges for 5 days in a week. But full outgoing free on weekends (saturday and sunday).

Should we keep dreaming about such plans in india too ?? Ok lets dream and keep dreaming.
